Automatically collected information
The Firm automatically collects certain information regarding your access to and usage of the Website, including from the web browser and device you use to access and use the Website. Such information includes, but is not limited to: your browser type, MAC address, IP address, “cookie” information (described in greater detail below), the last web page that you visited before accessing the Website, pages or features accessed by you on the Website (and the time spent accessing those pages or features), and, if you access the Website with a mobile device, network information and hardware model (collectively, “Usage Information”). Usage Information enables us to determine how often individuals use portions or features of the Website, to analyze the demographics and usage patterns of the Website’s visitors, and to fight spam and malware, among other uses.
You may access and generally browse the Website without providing any Personal Information (that is, personally identifiable information, or information that would allow someone to identify or contact you). If you are already a client of the Firm, you will be able to upload documents to us through a secure portal. Other than such documents from existing clients, we will never request any Personal Information through our Website except for your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Please do not provide any other personally identifiable information via the Website, including on the Contact Us page, where you are able to provide more detailed information about the nature of your inquiry.
In general, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information to or with third parties without your consent. We may share your Personal Information with vendors and other third-party providers who are performing services for the Firm. We also may share de-identified or aggregate information that does not reasonably identify you or your organization as permitted by applicable law.

Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We reserve the right not to accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner.
Opting Out of Communications
If you have subscribed to or are otherwise receiving Firm news, alerts, blog posts, or similar information from us by email and no longer want to receive such information in the future, you may opt-out of receiving these emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of those emails you receive. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving emails, you may still receive communications related to your interaction with us or otherwise as required by law. Also note that we may need to keep personal information we have collected about you to respect your decision to opt-out, for record-keeping, research and other purposes.
