In general, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information to or with third parties without your consent. We may share your Personal Information with vendors and other third-party providers who are performing services for the Firm. We also may share de-identified or aggregate information that does not reasonably identify you or your organization as permitted by applicable law.

Certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that we are required to provide to them in order to use their services. For these third-party service providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by such providers.

We may retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically reasonably feasible to remove it.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls and will be protected using industry-standard techniques.

The Firm cannot and does not guarantee that your Personal Information will not be otherwise accessed by third parties, including without limitation through unlawful interception, circumvention or disabling of the Firm’s (and/or its vendors’/third-party providers’) security controls, unauthorized access to the Firm’s (and/or its vendors’/third-party providers’) systems or servers, or administrative errors by the Firm (and/or its vendors/third-party providers). Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may send an email to admin@wzwfamily.com to request access to or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.
