Jon Eric Stuebner

Jon Eric recognizes that the most critical aspects of a person’s life are commonly at stake in family law cases – their children and their financial future. His unique position as both a parent and a former educator allows him to find creative solutions to the most complex problems.

In his capacity as a protector, he can move nimbly between mediations, settlement, litigation, and appeals depending on the circumstances.  As a wise teacher, Jon Eric ensures that his clients understand every step of the process, as well as the benefits and risks involved in settlements versus trials

Since transitioning into the legal field, Jon Eric has spent the entirety of his legal career in the area of family law advocating for his clients and their children. While settlement is often the most beneficial means of a resolving a case (for the both the parties and children), sometimes litigation is necessary. As a trained mediator, Jon Eric puts those skills to use both as an attorney and mediator to work to find creative and workable solutions. When trial becomes unavoidable, Jon Eric’s skills are used to persuasively educate the Court on why his client’s positions should prevail. When the outcome of a case is left in the judge’s hands, you want an eloquent advocate to fight for you. Whether in front of the district court or arguing to the Court of Appeals, Jon Eric fervidly advocates for his clients and their desired outcome.

When he is not advocating for his clients, Jon Eric spends time with his wife, three children, three dogs (two Great Pyrenees and a Chorkie mutt), and two cats.
