Jon Eric Stuebner

Educator Jon Eric recognizes that among the most critical aspects of a person’s life are commonly at stake in family law cases – their children and their financial future. His unique position as both a parent and a former educator allows him to find creative solutions to the most complex problems.

In his capacity as a protector, he can move nimbly between mediations, settlements, and litigation depending on the circumstances.  As a wise teacher, Jon Eric ensures that his clients understand every step of the process, as well as the benefits and risks involved in settlements versus trials.

” In the courtroom Jon Eric was a strong, persuasive, and forthright advocate - a true force to be reckoned with. ”
- Alyssa Swanson
” From 2000 miles away I didn't have one worry as he took care of everything and always had my best interest in mind. ”
- Brianne Barrett
” I would not send family or friends to anyone other than Jon Eric and Carolyn. ”
- Allysa Howell

Since graduating in the top 10% of his class from law school at Denver University, Jon Eric’s legal career has been devoted to helping families. Before attending law school, Jon Eric received a master’s degree as an elementary school educator

When he is not advocating for his clients, Jon Eric spends time with his wife, three children, two cats and three dogs (two Great Pyrenees and a Chorkie mutt), and enjoys sharing the world of Marvel superheroes with all of them.
