Emily Warren is recognized for her exceptional ability to handle complex cases with strategic insight and professionalism. She excels in handling complex family law cases and emphasizes the resolution of disputes in the most stress-free and peaceful ways possible. Trained in the collaborative divorce process, Emily skillfully navigates mediations to reach favorable outcomes.

As one of Colorado’s most experienced trial attorneys, Emily is prepared to assert her clients’ interests in court whenever necessary. Her extensive experience as a prosecutor, notably in cases of serious abuse against children, provides her with a deep understanding of the emotional challenges in legal conflicts, enhancing her capability to manage sensitive situations with care and tact. This background enables her to leverage her courtroom skills effectively for the benefit of her clients.

Emily graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and spent nearly two decades at the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, rising to the position of Chief Deputy. In early 2015, she transitioned to family law, applying her significant litigation experience to a new focus area. Her strategic approach to both mediation and courtroom litigation continues to define her career.
